Amid the uncertainty of the match, Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia performed a havan-yajna with members of the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association. The event was held at a private place in the HPCA Stadium campus. According to BCCI pitch curator Sunil Chauhan, the rain may cause moisture in the pitch. This can benefit the swing bowlers.
He said that the match can be held on Sunday afternoon in the afternoon if the weather is clear. The HPCA Stadium of Dharamshala is also known for the uncertainty of the weather with beautiful natural scenes. The fans are monitoring the Sunday season. Everyone hopes that the weather will support and see an exciting match.
