The doors of Baba Kedarnath Dham will open on May 2 at 7.00 am.
Chardham Yatra has started. The doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham have opened on 30 April Akshaya Tritiya. The doors of Kedarnath Dham will open on 2 May. After this, the doors of Badrinath Dham will open on 4 May.
Baba Kedar’s Panchmukhi Doli has reached Kedarnath Dham. After worshiping by law on Friday morning, the doors of Dham will be opened for devotees. Preparations have also started in Kedarnath Dham.
The historic temple is decorated with 10,000 kg of flowers. It contains 45 types of flowers. These flowers have been ordered from 8 states and 3 countries. The artisans from Vadodara and Kolkata are doing Shringar.
Devotees will be able to see for 6 months after the opening of Kedarnath. If the weather is correct between June and August, then this time more than 25 lakh people are expected to reach Kedarnath Dham.

The Panchmukhi Doli Yatra of God reached Kedarnath Dham.
A huge crowd of devotees gathered to visit the Lord’s Panchmukhi Doli Yatra.
The entire temple is decorated with fighters of 45 different varieties of flowers.
Flowers have been ordered from Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Bihar, West Bengal, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Delhi.
50 artisans from Pt. Bengal have also been called for decoration, who specializes in the artwork of flowers.
Apart from 8 states of the country, flowers have also been ordered from Thailand, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Kedarnath is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. It is located at an altitude of 11,968 feet in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand.
The Kedarnath temple remains closed for 6 months. This temple is a symbol of the beginning of the Chardham pilgrimage.
The first outer gate of Kedarnath temple will open Jagadguru Rawal Bhimashankar Linga Shivacharya, the chief priest of the Kedarnath temple, said- The doors of the Kedarnath temple will open at 7 am on Friday. Before that rituals will be performed with military presence and flower decoration. First the outer gate will open, then the inner gate. Initially, only 4 people, including the priest, will enter. The first puja will be done by the same method, as during the worship of six months. This continuity makes Kedarnath a powerful spiritual symbol.
What did the devotees say Mekhala, a devotee who reached Kedarnath from Germany, said- This place is extremely energetic. It is very close to heaven. I think this place is an internal call of Lord Shiva.
A devotee who came on a visit to Kedarnath said- very good arrangements have been made for the yatra. The resting system is also very good. The weather is also favorable for us. The administration has guided us all the time, so that we do not have any problem.
