The 14th employment fair was held on 23 December 2024, in which 71 thousand job letters were distributed.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute job letters to more than 51,000 youth in various government departments and institutions today. The Prime Minister will join through video conferencing at 11 am. During this time, he will also address people happening in various states. The 15th employment fair will be held at 47 places across the country.
The new employees selected from across the country will be part of various ministries and departments of the Central Government including the Revenue Department, Personnel and Public Grievance and Pension Ministry, Ministry of Home Affairs, Posts, Higher Education, Ministry of Railways and Ministry of Labor and Employment.

71 thousand job letters were distributed in 14th employment fair
This is the third employment fair of Prime Minister Modi’s third term after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Earlier, in the 14th employment fair held on 23 December 2024, joining letters were distributed to 71 thousand youths through video conferencing. More than 9.22 lakh youth have been given jobs in 14 fairs. Employment fair started from October 2022
The Prime Minister started the first phase of the employment fair on 22 October 2022. Then the PM had said- Our goal was to provide 10 lakh government jobs to the youth of the country by the end of 2023. By November 2023, more than 7 lakh youth were given joining letters in a total of 11 employment fairs. However, before the Lok Sabha elections, the 12th employment fair was held on 12 February 2024, in which more than 1 lakh job letters were distributed.
