A prisoner under consideration in the Central Jail of Ludhiana was admitted to the civil hospital in a state of unconsciousness at 10 pm on Thursday night. According to the information, in the month of January, some people were robbed of an Alto car in the village Kamalpur. In this case, some people attacked Inspector Harshveer Singh of Sadar and in -charge Tarsem Singh of Marado and 2 other police personnel of the police station Sadar. Manjinder Singh is lodged in jail in this case.
Condition deteriorated when returned from muscle
Hawalati Manjinder was produced on the previous day and when he was brought back to jail in the evening, his condition suddenly worsened. He was rushed to a jail hospital where he fainted. On behalf of the jail administration, he was rushed to the Civil Hospital where the doctor admitted his condition to treatment.
According to sources, it is learned that Hawalati Manjinder has eaten something during the muscle. His condition deteriorated due to overdose of that object. According to the doctors of the civil hospital, only after medical examination, no one can confirm what Manjinder has eaten. He was currently referred to Rajindra Hospital.
