The US’s Harvard University on Monday approached the court against the administration of President Donald Trump. The university has alleged that the Trump government wants to control educational functioning by making political pressure on the university. Harvard has accused it of violating the constitutional rights of the university.

Two groups of professors have also filed cases
Professors of Harvard University also filed a Federal District Court case of Massachusetts against the administration of President Donald Trump on 12 April.
Two groups of professors had filed this case against the threat of stopping the university fund. In fact, during that time the Trump administration was reviewing the $ 9 billion funds to Harvard University.
Harvard professors cited that Trump’s decision violates the first amendment (first amendment) of the US Constitution. Professors have alleged that cutting into university funds is a violation of freedom of expression.
The petition filed in the court has also demanded a stay on the decision of the Trump administration.

Charges on university- failed to stop hatred against Jews
Recently the Trump administration sent a letter to Harvard. In this letter, the university was asked to fulfill certain conditions. Failure to do so was threatened with the university’s federal funding.
