The event is being run in collaboration with the Red Cross Society under the Punjab Skill Development Mission. 41 patients are receiving free electrician training in two batches. The first batch began on 29 March and the second on 7 April 2025. In this, 26 and 15 students started training respectively.
This 45-day training is being given with the aim of giving employment-qualified skills to those who are recovering from drugs, so that their rehabilitation and rehabilitation can be possible in the society. On completion of training, students will be given certified certificates, so that they can start their own business.

Deputy Commissioner Sagar Setia said that entertainment activities and skill development among patients are being promoted to help their recovery and rehabilitation. The district administration is committed to ensure the availability of essential resources including medicines and test kits and to solve every challenge and need immediately by creating a synergy with the Health Department.
He said that the district administration Moga is dedicated to effectively implementing these initiatives. It is remembered that the district administration had earlier arranged for training for the manufacture of fast food and bakery products.
