Indian origin Usha Vance’s first visit to India
This is the first visit to the Vance family to India. America’s second lady Usha Vance is of Indian origin. His parents were residents of East Godavari and Krishna districts of Andhra Pradesh. He later settled in America, where Usha was born. Usha is coming to India for the first time.
The JD is on a tour of Italy and India with the Vance family. They reached Italy on Friday. He will come to India on Monday.

Jodhpuri Safa will be worn to Vance and all the guests coming with him in Amer. In Amer Mahal itself, a program has been organized to introduce the tradition of Rajasthan in Amer Mahal itself. This will include puppet dance, folk dance, costumes and traditional food.
He is scheduled to see Amer Mahal on April 22 at 9 am. During this time the palace will be completely closed for common tourists. 12 guides of Jaipur have been appointed in Amer Mahal. Along with Amer Mahal, the history of Jaipur will also be told of guests.
