Two veterans of the South Industry – Mani Ratnam and Kamal Haasan are working together once again after 37 years. After the Cultic ‘Naikan’, which came in 1987, the duo will now be seen in the film ‘Thug Life’, which is going to be released on 5 June.

Today (April 18), the film’s first song ‘Jingucha’ was launched in Chennai.

During the event, Kamal Haasan spoke openly about working with Mani Ratnam again. He said, ‘Nothing has changed between Mani Ratnam and me even after so many years. It is our fault that we waited for so many years to come together. We were looking for good scripts, so it took so much time.

Now what we have come together again, it has been possible due to all the audiences. We should have already come together. I apologize for this.

Kamal Haasan has written the story of ‘Thug Life’ with Mani Ratnam. In the event, he said that working with Mani Ratnam, he repeatedly K. his guru and famous director. Balachander kept missing.

‘When I work with Mani Ratnam, I miss Balachander. Mani is well aware of how big a praise. We have a deep respect for each other.
