When Akshay Kumar does patriotic films, no one comes around him. Almost synonym of a style, the actor ignited the conversation through cinema. Akshay is back with another exciting courtroom drama. The Kesari Chapter 2, including R Madhavan and Ananya Pandey, is co-star, the barbaric Jallianwala shows the incidents after the Bagh massacre. In this biopic of C Shankaran Nair, the play comes up within the boundaries of the court.

Before proceeding forward, we would like to reiterate that Kesari Chapter 2 is just a spiritual sequel to Kesari and has no relation with the Battle of Saragarhi. The only common link between the two films is the story of Akshay Kumar and his indomitable courage. But to be honest, Kesari Chapter 2 has more than patriotism and hate. It is largely a courtroom drama and this makes it different from the rest of the patriotic films. To say this further correctly, Kesari Chapter 2 is a historical film.

Kesari Chapter 2 Movie Review: Plot
Baisakhi is an important festival of Punjab. The days of love, bliss and peace, the people of Amritsar unite in Jallianwala Bagh in protest against the Rowlet Act. However, the monument walls are colored with blood when General Razinald Dyer (Simon Paisley Day) comes to shoot millions of innocent people with its army. At the same time, C Shankaran Nair (Akshay Kumar), a eminent Kerala lawyer, win a case against a Sikh revolutionary in favor of Crown. He is rewarded with the title of ‘Sir’ for his contribution and is also made part of the Viceroy’s Council. His perception about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre changes when the son of the Sikh revolutionary explains him the magnitude of the torture tolerated by the innocent people who were brutally killed. Dilrit Kaur (Ananya Pandey), a novice lawyer, inspires him to fight the case for justice. With his help, he enters court to fight against Neville McCinley (R. Madhavan).
Entertaining story of the film
The entertaining story of this film keeps you tied from the first frame to the final credit. From the raw depiction of the cruelty suffered by the Indians on 13 April 1919, from the British rule, from the depiction of several atrocities on their citizens during their rule, you will thrill you. Kumar’s impressive performance as Nair, Pandey’s (stunning) emotional depiction as Gill, Madhavan’s cool behavior as Neville and Dey’s devil acting in the role of General Dyer is some of the biggest features of the film.
Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat’s The Case based on The case that Shuk The Empire, the screenplay of Kesari Chapter 2 – written by Karan Singh Tyagi and Amritpal Singh Bindra, is attractive and maintains a good speed full of dramatic moments that will either make your hair stand or forced you to clap on the most recent victory. Sumit ensures interesting dialogues written by Saxena that each act attracts the full attention of the audience. Despite being a climax predictable – the end will not surprise you if you know your history, it still gives a strong blow.
Kesari Chapter 2 Acting
Akshay Kumar has performed brilliantly and he will get a lot of praise for the role of C Shankaran Nair (even if not the award). His character is from a slave to winning every case for the Crown and defeating him and shaking the foundation of British rule in India, which is very effective and effective. The change in his heart and the strong dialogues he spoke in the court has made great impact. Ananya Pandey has proved her ability. His first meeting with C Shankaran Nair at the railway station is evidence of how much improvement has been done as an actress.
R Madhavan’s entry is late, but in the second half, he has dominated some scenes. Regena Cassandra (Parvati Nair) has gone in vain. Simon Pasley Day has played his role well and has caught everyone’s attention with his villainy acting. Krish Rao’s character is important and he leaves his mark. The same thing applies to Amit Sial (Tirath Singh). Steven Hartley (Judge McAdie), Sammy Jonas Heney (Herold Laxi; Jury Member), Mark Bennington (Michael O’Dyer), Alex O’nell (Lord Chelmsford), Rohan Verma (Jaan Nisar), Alexandra Molony (Martha Stevens), Jayapreet Singh (Kripal Singh) and Luke Ki Ki The judge) has also acted very well.
