A case of firing has come to light during a wedding ceremony in Punjab’s Ludhiana. The groom’s aunt and her friend were killed and another person was injured in the firing. The injured person has been admitted to DMC Hospital. Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma made big revelations regarding this matter.

Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma said that a wedding was taking place late at night at Bath Castle Palace on Pakhowal Road. A young man named Varinder Kumar was getting married and his family and friends were present in the wedding. Around 700-800 people were present in the palace. The dispute between the two groups over an old feud reportedly turned into a fight within minutes, leading to the shootout.

It is being told that more than 20 rounds were fired. During the firing, 2 people were shot and were taken to the hospital where the woman and a youth died. During the firing, one of the accomplices of the accused was also shot in the hand. Reached the spot on receiving information about the firing.
