Prime Video’s celebrity talk show “Too Much with Kajol & Twinkle,” hosted by Bollywood star Kajol and writer-producer Twinkle Khanna, has become the platform’s most successful unscripted series in India, reaching audiences across 93% of the country’s postal codes.Produced by Banijay Asia, the first season of the series featured big names from Bollywood like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan and Karan Johar, and its last episode featured Cricket World Cup champions Jemimah Rodrigues and Shafali Verma.
Produced by Banijay Asia, the ‘talk show’ featured some of the leading Bollywood celebrities including Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar. Along with this, a special episode with World Cup Cricket Champion team members Jemimah Rodrigues and Shefali Verma was also aired.

A release said that in its first season itself, the ‘talk show’ proved to be very popular and reached more than 93 percent pincodes of India. Nikhil Madhok, Director, Prime Video, India said that the tremendous popularity of the program is a testament to the new approach in ‘talk shows’. He said that it has become Prime Video’s most watched ‘unscripted’ series till date.
Mrinalini Jain, senior executive, Banijay Asia, said it became a special show because it offered everything audiences look for today – no flirting and witty interactions. Jain said, The moment Kajol and Twinkle came together, we knew that their pairing would bring something special, but the scale of discussion and cultural interaction that took place was beyond our expectations.
