In the case of the murder of a 13-year-old innocent in Jalandhar, the post-mortem report has come out and there have been major revelations in it. According to the report, the girl was killed by strangulation. Rub marks were found on the girl’s chest and back. Now blood samples of the accused have been taken for DNA.

Jathedar Kuldeep Singh Gargaj met the victim’s family. It is less to condemn this incident. The demand of the nation is that the accused should be hanged. Our appeal is that the case should be brought on fast track and the accused should be hanged soon. Action has been demanded against the negligent employees.

In this case, the anger of the Punjab State Commission for Women has erupted. Strict action should be taken against the negligent employee. An FIR should be registered against the employee. We were assured by the Commissioner of Police that he would investigate the matter strictly. If there was no negligence in the case, the girl could have survived. The commission stands with the victim’s family till the end.
