Patna’s transformation: CM Nitish’s inspection will give momentum to the schemes, traffic will become easier

Patna. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected various schemes of Patna urban area. During this, the Chief Minister directed to complete the work under construction expeditiously. The Chief Minister took stock of the construction work of a 4 lane road along with an underground drain on the Sapantine drain from Patel Golambar to the western end of Eco Park and from the eastern end of Eco Park to Atal Path. During the inspection, officials told that under this drain construction scheme, the drain will be concreted and a road will be constructed over it. The Chief Minister said that by repairing this underground drain, the construction of the road over it should be completed quickly so that people can get convenience in transportation.

After this, the Chief Minister took stock of the construction work on Rajiv Nagar underground drain. During the inspection, the Chief Minister said that its construction work should be completed rapidly. Upon completion of these schemes, the problem of water logging will be solved and the construction of a two-lane road over the drain will provide easy transportation facilities to the people. The city will also look clean and orderly. After this, the Chief Minister also inspected the 4 lane road under construction on Mandiri Nala. Besides, the link road connecting this road to J.P. Ganga Path was also inspected. During the inspection, officials said that its construction work is going on at a fast pace. The Chief Minister said that the road being built on Mandiri drain should be completed soon.

Pudukalkatti, Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister Mr. Gopal Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh, Commissioner of Patna Division Mr. Animesh Parasar, Bihar State Road Construction Development Corporation Limited. Managing Director Mr. Shirshat Kapil Ashok, Patna District Magistrate Dr. Thyagarajan SM, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Yashpal Meena, Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Karthikeya K. Sharma and other senior officers were present.
