Actor Anupam Kher has written a heart-touching note for famous Bollywood actress Rekha. After an emotional meeting with Rekha at an event, Kher described her as a living example of decency, beauty and friendly personality.Anupam Kher took to the social media platform on Wednesday and shared two pictures from the premiere of Farhan Akhtar starrer 120 Bahadur on his Instagram handle. In the first picture both the actors are seen together.In the picture, Rekha is seen wearing a light colored saree with attractive earrings, while Anupam is seen wearing professional clothes. The next slide had a single picture of Anupam.
He wrote in the caption of these pictures, Happy to meet Parrekha ji at the premiere of the film 120 Bahadur. She is the epitome of not only decency and beauty but also the dignity and greatness of appreciating another person! There is no one like him and never will be. He is eternal! At the end of his post, he expressed the line by writing the words ‘statue’, ‘great’ and ‘cinema’. Anupam and Rekha last worked together in the film Super Nani.

120 Bahadur is inspired by the Battle of Rezang La (1962), a pivotal moment in Indian military history when 120 soldiers of Charlie Company braved over 3000 Chinese soldiers.
120 Bahadur tells the unique story of 120 Indian soldiers of the 13 Kumaon Regiment who fought bravely in the famous Battle of Rezang La during the 1962 war. Farhan plays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, who leads his troops in one of the most important moments in Indian military history.
The film is about the Battle of Rezang La, considered one of the major events of the Sino-Indian War and fought on 18 November 1962, when 120 soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment, composed entirely of Ahirs, defended their post against a Chinese army force of 3000 men, killing over 1300 of their men.

Directed by Rajneesh ‘Raazi’ Ghai and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Amit Chandra, 120 Bahadur will release in theaters on November 21, 2025.
Talking about Anupam, his latest release is Tanvi The Great. The film is based on Tanvi Raina, a 21-year-old woman on the autism spectrum who lives with her mother Vidya and grandfather Colonel Pratap Raina. Inspired by her late father, Captain Samar Raina, who was an Indian Army officer and dreamed of saluting the flag at the Siachen Glacier, Tanvi is determined to follow in his footsteps and join the Army to fulfill her dream herself.
