A car and tipper collided face to face in Hoshiarpur, killing the car driver. The accident occurred near Sinhapur village on Dasuha-Hajipur road. The deceased was identified as Ratan Singh.

Ratan Singh was a resident of village Nangal Biha. He went to Dasuha with his car. During the return, when he reached the village Singhpur, his car collided with a tipper filled with gravel coming from Hajipur.

The collision was so tremendous that Ratan Singh got badly trapped in the car. The people and passers -by on the spot pulled them out of the car. He was immediately rushed to the government hospital in Dasuha. But doctors declared him dead. Hajipur police have taken Tipper in their possession. The investigation of the case has been started.
