A terrible road accident took place in the US state of California last month in which three people died and many others were injured. There have been new revelations in the investigation of this matter. The report of the accused trailer driver Jashnpreet Singh has come negative. According to the report, the accused was not intoxicated during the accident.

Indian-origin truck driver Jashnpreet Singh was not intoxicated at the time of the accident, officials said, as previously reported. However, this case remains a case of grossly negligent homicide. The accident took place in Ontario, California, when Singh’s truck collided with the vehicles parked in front of him at high speed. Dashcam footage shows him driving straight into parked vehicles. Three people were killed and several others were seriously injured in the collision.

Jashnpreet Singh was initially arrested for drunk driving, but a toxicology report confirmed that there were no drugs in his blood. Despite this, he has been charged with three counts of murder and one count of causing injury by careless driving.

According to officials, Jashnpreet Singh has not been granted bail as the crime is serious and there is a possibility of him absconding. According to reports, Singh crossed the US southern border into the country illegally in 2022 and was released pending an immigration hearing.
