Tamil Nadu CM going to Supreme Court against SIR, 48 parties will also knock the door along with Stalin

MK Stalin-led Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) has moved the Supreme Court against the proposed Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. With regard to the confusion and doubt in voter list revision, since our demand that these should be done with sufficient time and without any problem after the 2026 general elections has not been accepted by the ECI, we have passed a resolution in today’s all-party meeting to approach the Supreme Court. He expressed his gratitude to all the parties who participated in the all-party meeting and also urged the parties who did not participate in the meeting to discuss this step in their respective parties.
