The AAP government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has launched a pension service portal for the convenience of 3.15 lakh pensioners and their dependents. With this, pensioners will be able to submit their life certificates through an automated system at their homes. Family Pension Applications, ITC Complaints can be lodged through the Applications and Complaints Module. They will also be able to update their profiles.
Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema said that this facility will be provided to the pensioners sitting at home. It is an effort to ensure that they get all the necessary services. He also said that Aadhaar card KYC can be easily done during this. This facility will also be provided to people at service centers.
He said that people will be able to take advantage of these government services sitting at home. For this the treasury office has been working for about eight months. The records of all individuals are collected. Now the further process is going on.

A control room has been set up for these services. Its three numbers are 18001802148, 01722996385, and 01722996386. These will be functional at the district level. Pensioners will be able to get information from 9 am to 5 pm. This would be a big improvement. This will make it easier for people to travel, as sometimes people face difficulties due to this.
