Tesla CEO Elon Musk has made a shocking revelation. He claims he plans to launch a flying car prototype before the end of the year. He described it as the most unforgettable product launch in history.
Musk made this big revelation during his appearance on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast on Friday. The conversation began when Rogan asked about Tesla’s long-delayed second-generation Roadster car, which was targeted for a 2020 launch.

Instead of answering the Roadster question, Musk gently turned the discussion toward his new and bigger ambition. Musk said, ‘We are getting closer to demonstrating the prototype. One thing I can guarantee is that this product demo will be unforgettable.
When Rogan curiously asked why it would be unforgettable, Musk said, ‘Whether it’s good or bad, it will be unforgettable.’ Describing this technology as ‘crazy’, Musk said that if you put all the James Bond cars together, it would be even crazier.

To pitch the idea of ​​a flying car, Musk referred to his friend and entrepreneur Peter Thiel. Musk said, ‘My friend Peter Thiel once said that there will be flying cars in the future, but we don’t have flying cars.’
Musk hinted, ‘I think if Peter wants a flying car, we should buy one,’ making it clear that Tesla is working on the concept. Musk expressed hope that he would be able to demonstrate a flying car ‘before the end of the year’.
He declined to provide any details about the vehicle’s design (such as wings), saying he ‘can’t reveal anything before the unveiling.’ These comments by Musk have raised curiosity across the world as to what will be Tesla’s next ‘most memorable product unveiling’.
