India A team has been announced for two four-day match series against South Africa A team. Where Rishabh Pant will captain India A. Now questions are being raised over Sarfaraz Khan not being selected in this team. India A was announced against South Africa A on Tuesday. Both the matches will be played at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bengaluru. The first match of the series will start from 30th October while the second match will start from 6th November.

Rishabh Pant is returning to the field with this series. He was injured during the England tour and was out of Team India since then. Pant has been appointed the captain of India A team.

Sarfaraz Khan made his debut in the Test match against England in February last year. He has performed brilliantly in domestic cricket for a long time. He has played 6 Test matches so far, in which he has scored 371 runs at an average of 37.10. This includes one century and three half centuries. His best score is 150 runs. Apart from this, he has scored 2467 runs in 56 matches in first class cricket at an average of 65.19, which includes 16 centuries and 15 half-centuries.
