Dadi was born on 25 March 1925 in Hyderabad, Sindh (present -day Pakistan). His name was Lakshmi. At the age of just 13, she came in contact with Brahmakumari Institute. Dadi, who was interested in spirituality since childhood, played an important role in the establishment of the institute.

Dadi Ratanmohini remained active till the last days of life. She used to wake up in Brahma Muhurta daily at 3.30 pm and continue in divine services till 10 pm.

He did many marchs to promote Indian culture and values. In 1985, he did 13 padyatras and completed 31 thousand kilometers in 2006. Overall, he took a march of more than 70 thousand kilometers.

After which she was called “Brahmakumari”. He trained more than 46 thousand sisters of 4600 service centers across the country. Apart from this, she has also been the National President of Youth Division.
