Harman Rai had a love for films since childhood. Growing up in a creative environment, Harman Rai had a love for cinema from the beginning. This passion for films soon turned into a deep curiosity—how stories are constructed, how they come to life on screen. To turn his passion into a profession, he pursued a Masters in Film Producing from Whistling Woods International, founded by Subhash Ghai, where he honed his technical understanding and artistic vision.

After completing his education, Harman Rai took a bold step—starting his own production house, HSS Production. He became the youngest producer to start an independent production house at such a young age. Under this banner, he created a creative environment where new ideas could take flight. The music video “Chhote Bus Kar” produced by him was highly appreciated for its vibrant visuals and relatable story.

His documentary ‘Friends of Disabled’ won an award at the national level in NDTV’s Short Film/Documentary Contest, proving that he is capable of presenting social messages with emotional depth. Despite her young age and the competition of the film industry, Harman Rai never learned to be afraid of limitations.
