Bihar elections: Pappu Yadav said – Grand alliance will win with Rahul Gandhi’s love, development and struggle.

Independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav stressed the importance of the Grand Alliance and described the Bihar Assembly elections as a contest between destruction and development. Referring to the Congress MP’s Voters’ Rights Yatra, he said that India Bloc will make full use of the strength of Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi during its election campaign. Talking to journalists, Pappu Yadav said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi lives for the respect of his party and workers. The principle of alliance is paramount, whether it is a small or big party. The alliance is important, the people of Bihar are important, and the victory of the India alliance is important; Seats are not important. This election is based on destruction versus development… This election will be fought on the strength of love, development and struggle of Rahul Gandhi.

Pappu Yadav alleged that the government is gradually becoming disconnected from the everyday issues of the common man and warned against making such mistakes. “Now parties are becoming ‘technical’. The government is less connected to the ground. We should avoid such things and respect party workers,” he said. Earlier, Congress leader Pawan Khera said that further seat sharing will be announced after a meeting, as elections for all 243 constituencies of Bihar Assembly are to be held in two phases on November 6 and November 11. He further said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will contest the elections together in the state.

On seat sharing in the grand alliance, Khera told reporters that there will be a meeting, and only then further seat sharing will be announced… We are all contesting the elections together. Meanwhile, Congress leader Akhilesh Prasad Singh said that the process of seat sharing is also reaching the final stage. He confirmed that it would be announced in the coming days. The Congress leader said, “The distribution of seats is almost done, but at the last moment some difficulties arise in all the parties, it is in NDA and here too. Everything will be announced in 1-2 days.”

Counting of votes will take place on November 14. This upcoming election contest will be between the BJP-led NDA and the India Bloc led by Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)) and Tejashwi Yadav of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD).
