Christopher Nolan and Elliot Page return, ‘Inception’-like magic will be found again in The Odyssey!

Actor Elliot Page, who will be seen in the upcoming epic ‘The Odyssey’, recently revealed that reading the script reminded him of his days working on the 2010 sci-fi film ‘Inception’. Page played the role of architect Ariadne in that film. Now he’s set to continue his work with the acclaimed filmmaker in an adaptation of Homer’s classic, although his role in ‘The Odyssey’ is currently unknown.Speaking with actor James McAvoy at the ‘X-Men: Days of Future Cast’ panel at New York Comic Con (NYCC), the actor revealed that the process of reading the script for ‘The Odyssey’ was extremely confidential, as reported by Screen Rant. He told that this experience was exactly the same as he had when he joined the cast of the film ‘Inception’.

Elliott told Variety, “[‘द ओडिसी’] I was very excited to be selected for and invited to work with them again. I loved working with him on ‘Inception’ and being a part of that film. I was totally excited and thrilled, and I went to meet Chris and talked to him about the character, then sat in a room and read the script. “So glad to be back.”
 
Page, 38, was speaking during the X-Men: Days of Future Past panel at New York City Comic Con. Elliott continued, “As you can imagine, coming back now, being more comfortable with myself makes projects like this a lot more enjoyable. To have that Chris Nolan experience again means a lot to me.”

Christopher Nolan is ready to launch a full-scale cinematic siege with The Odyssey. The mega project starring Matt Damon, Zendaya, Elliot Page, Tom Holland, Charlize Theron, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Jon Bernthal and Mia Goth is currently in production. This includes places like Morocco, Greece, Italy, Scotland, Los Angeles and now Iceland, Ireland, London etc.
Reportedly being made on a huge budget of approximately $250 million, the film will use brand new, state-of-the-art IMAX cameras and the lenses of Nolan’s regular collaborator, cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema.

An early teaser for the film released exclusively in theaters ahead of Jurassic World Rebirth. It features Holland’s character Telemachus, son of Odysseus, talking to the character played by Jon Bernthal, and also features the voice of John Leguizamo, who has an as-yet-undisclosed role in The Odyssey.The Odyssey is expected to be released in theaters on July 17, 2026. Universal Pictures is backing this epic, which will be released in IMAX.
