BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala today held a press conference at the BJP central office in the capital, where he questioned Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi regarding the 26/11 attacks. He said that at the time of the attack, when the Home Minister, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and other ministers were in favor of retaliating against Pakistan, did Sonia Gandhi personally intervene to ensure that India did not give a befitting reply to Pakistan after the 26/11 attacks? Was it his vote bank politics that forced him to do so?

Poonawalla further stressed that the Gandhi-Vadra family should clarify their stand, as this matter is related to national security. Poonawalla reminded that Rahul Gandhi was more curious to know the number of Indian aircraft shot down in India’s retaliatory strike on Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given complete freedom to the Indian armed forces. He asked, “Why has the Gandhi-Vadra family been raising questions on the bravery of the Indian Army in Operation Sindoor since 26/11 till now?”
He alleged that the Congress party is the ‘A’ team of Pakistan and has a soft attitude towards it. He further claimed that Sonia Gandhi and the Gandhi-Vadra family are personally responsible for this. He further stressed that the Gandhi-Vadra family should clarify their stand as this matter is related to national security.
