Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government and questioned not taking action against Kishore by lawyer Rakesh Kishore and not taking action against Kishore. In a speech shared by his party AIMIM on X, Owaisi said that if his name was not Rakesh Kishore and Assad, what would the police do? BJP people would say, ‘Pick it up!’, He has come from the neighboring country ‘! They would open all the front against the person.

He compared Rakesh Kishore’s “shameless” with police action against Muslims protesting the removal of ‘I Love Muhammad’ banner in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Rakesh Kishore also mentioned Bareilly in his list of complaints against the Chief Justice and said that the judge and the Supreme Court should not have spoken against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s bulldozer justice. Owaisi reminded the attendees that Rakesh Kishore had raised the slogan, insulting Sanatan, will not bear India.

Kishore told media channels that during the hearing of a case related to a statue of Hindu deity Lord Vishnu, he was hurt by the recent remarks of the Chief Justice. The Chief Justice has already made it clear that his oral comment had no disrespectful meaning.
