A new alliance of terrorists is now flourishing in the terrorist country Pakistan. A secret alliance between terrorist organizations, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) and Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), allegedly composed by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in Balochistan, has been covered with growing alliances with the extremist organizations of Islamabad. A recently surfaced photo is seen handing over a pistol to Rana Mohammad Ashfaq, a senior commander of ISKP in Balochistan, Mir Shafiq Mangal, a senior commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba, handing a pistol as a gift, indicating a formal coordination between the two groups under the patronage of ISI.

The Pakistani Army’s long -term policy of resorting to terrorists to fulfill its regional objectives is still going on, and ISKP is emerging as its latest weapon in the hybrid war. The ISKP, who is traditionally condemned as Daish in the Islamic world and also considered non-Islamic by the Afghan Taliban, is now being used by the Pakistani military establishment to target the Baloch nationalists and the elements within the Taliban rule that oppose Islamabad’s control. The recent points of the ISKP’s promotional magazine Yalgar reveals a dangerous intention to increase its activities in Indian Kashmir, which seems to be a coordinated step encouraged by the deep state of Pakistan.

Lashkar-e-Taiba’s current Nazim-e-Ala, Rana Mohammad Ashfaq, oversee the expansion of this group, establishing new Mercage (training and training centers) across Pakistan and making operational relations with other extremist groups. His new emerging image with Mangal has raised concerns about Pakistan’s growing terrorist network. Mir Shafiq Mengal, son of former Balochistan acting Chief Minister Nasir Mangal, has been an important ISI member for a long time. For more than a decade, he has commanded a private death squad targeting Baloch nationalists.
