Unknown bodies have been identified as contractor Lakshmi and 12 -year -old Sanjay.
Two people who lost their lives in the Banaskantha cracker factory explosion of Gujarat have been identified. The DNA test of these bodies was done. The bodies have been identified as Lakshmi (50) and Sanjay (12). Lakshmi was a contractor, she took most of the people to Gujarat.

20 people were killed in a blast in the firecracker factory at around 8 am on Tuesday, April 1. Of these, 8 people were from Harda’s family of Harda while 10 were from Sandalpur in Dewas district. The last rites of 18 bodies were performed at Nemawar Ghat in Dewas on Thursday. Two bodies could not be identified.
Harda Tehsildar Virendra Uike said, DNA test was done by taking a sample of both daughters of Lakshmi missing from the organs found on the spot and Santosh Nayak’s father Santosh Nayak. Due to which both have been identified. Different organs of the body were found, they were gathered and brought to Nemawar Ghat, where both bodies were cremated.
ADM Satish Rai, SDM Kumar Shanu and other administration officials were present at the funeral.
Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan reached Sandalpur today and met the victim’s family.
Handia’s contractor took Lakshmi to Gujarat The family of the injured told that Laxmibai, who lives in Kolipura Tappar, came home to pick up everyone. She took everyone to Gujarat from Handia, saying that she got good wages.
Sanjay’s grandmother Kanku Bai said, “My daughter Babita went to work in the Gujarat firecracker factory on Amavasya with her two sons Dhanraj (18 years) and Sanjay (12 years). He and his children had never done this work before. Lakshmi contractor took her to be seduced. Previously he went to work in Hatpipalya’s factory. After that he moved from there to Gujarat.
After the blast in this firecracker factory, almost half the building has become frozen.
Lakshmi used to guard in Harda cracker factory Contractor Lakshmi Harda’s cracker businessman Raju Aggarwal used to guard with her husband Anil Nayak at the factory in Kunjargaon. About a year and a half ago, Anil died due to current in the factory. At the same time, Lakshmi was going through financial crisis after Harda’s cracker factory blast.
Lakshmi was raising her two daughters Nidhi and Neha. Meanwhile, she came in contact with Sandalpur contractor Pankaj. At the behest of Pankaj, he took 11 people from Handia to Gujarat. She left both daughters to her brother Lalit.
Lakshmi’s family is now in her two daughters Nidhi and Neha. Husband Anil Nayak has already died.
