An Indian student, a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana, was shot dead by unknown assailants at a gas station in Dallas, Northern Texas, USA. The student has been identified as a 28 -year -old Chandrashekhar Pol, who worked as a part -time employee at the gas station in Dallas. Pole, a resident of Lal Bahadur Nagar in Hyderabad, graduated in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). He later moved to America for higher education. His family members are shocked by this incident. According to preliminary reports, the pole was shot two bullets in the chest and died before being taken to the hospital. The Dallas police have arrested a suspect and further investigation is on.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revant Reddy has expressed grief over the incident. In a post on X (earlier called Twitter), the Congress Chief Minister said that his government is standing with the family of the pole and will provide all the necessary assistance to bring the body of the 28 -year -old pole back to Hyderabad. He wrote in Telugu, in the firing by miscreants in America, the death of LB Nagar student Poll Chandrashekhar has been deeply shocked and sad. I pray to God that his soul should peace and express my deep condolences to his family. Meanwhile, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA T Harish Rao met the family members of the pole in Hyderabad on Saturday. Expressing concern over the incident, Rao said that he and other BRS leaders met the bereaved family and expressed their condolences.

Rao, nephew of BRS President K Chandrashekhar Rao, wrote on X, it is sad that LB Nagar’s Dalit student Chandrashekhar Pol, who had completed his BDS studies and went to America (Dallas) for higher education, died in the morning in firing by miscreants.
