Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday that the government has prepared a profitable surrender policy as part of efforts to curb the Naxalite movement in Chhattisgarh. On the demand for talks with the Naxalites, Shah said that there is no need to talk about it as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government of the Center and Chhattisgarh is committed to the development of the entire Naxal -affected area including Bastar.

Shah clearly stated that if you take up arms and try to disturb the peace of Bastar, our armed forces, CRPF and Chhattisgarh Police will reply. Advocating the call to adopt indigenous adoption, Shah said, “If the population of 140 crores adopts Swadeshi’s resolve, no one can stop our India from becoming the world’s top economic system. Shah appealed to the youth of Bastar not to participate in the Naxalite movement and “leave the way to violence”. Saying that no one benefited from Naxalism, Shah urged the youth to join the mainstream and assured the development works of one crore rupees for the Naxal -free villages. Shah said, “I want to appeal to the people to urge the youth who are misled and urge to join the mainstream and join the mainstream.
