On Tuesday evening, a residential building caught fire in Greater Kailash-2 in South Delhi, after which the police rescued a 90-year-old man. The officers provided this information.
An official of the Delhi Fire Service said that a fire was reported on the ground floor of the building at 6.25 pm from the main market in GK-2. The official said, three fire engines were sent to the spot and the fire was controlled for 50 minutes in the evening. Meanwhile, two police constables arrived inside the smoke -filled premises to save a senior citizen and saved their lives.
