Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar today laid the foundation stone, inauguration and inauguration through remote of public convenience and development schemes at a cost of Rs 4233 crore from the resolution on 1 Anne Marg. Along with this, the Chief Minister transferred an amount of more than Rs 113 crore to the account of more than 2 lakh 41 thousand affected farmers under the Agricultural Input Grants Scheme for overflow and flood damage in August 2025 through DOBT.

In the program, 663 Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan to be constructed by Gram Panchayats under Panchayati Raj Department and construction of 1000 marriage pavilion was laid by 663 Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan to be constructed at Rs 1823 crore and under the Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Mandap scheme at a cost of Rs 500 crore. Modern marriage building (marriage pavilion) is being constructed in all the gram panchayats of Bihar under the Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Mandap Yojana scheme, which will give poor families a cash and convenient place for their daughters’ marriage and they will get relief in marriage expenses.
In today’s program, the Building Construction Department built a local area built at a cost of Rs 825 crore by the Building Construction Department at a cost of Rs 825 crore and 140 Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan built at a cost of Rs 160 crore by Gram Panchayats at a cost of Rs 160 crore. In the form of Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan Gram Panchayat Secretariat, the right to operate the office of panchayat level personnel of various departments has been opened in this building, the right of public services, the branch of the post office bank, Sudha Milk Parlor etc. have been opened. This building is also used in floods and natural disasters of the above works.
Also, the Dawadnagar courtyard (Aurangabad) constructed at a cost of Rs 40 crore 46 lakh was inaugurated under the Department of Agriculture. Bihar food storage and training Patna (BIGSMT) was also inaugurated. During the program, the Chief Minister said that today the foundation of the foundation stone, inauguration and inauguration includes the important of Panchayati Raj Department, Building Construction Department and Agriculture Department. For this, I congratulate the concerned departments. With the presence of these schemes, development works in the state will get new speed and direction. It will get direct benefits, which will improve their standard of living.

A short film related to the schemes of Panchayati Raj Department was presented during the program. Senthil Kumar, Principal Secretary of Agriculture Department Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Anupam Kumar, Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Anupam Kumar, Chief Minister’s Secretary of Chief Minister Mr. Kumar Ravi, Panchayati Raj Department Secretary Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Special Officer of Chief Minister, Chief Minister of Chief Minister Secretary Smt. Preeti Togadia and other senior officers were present, while Food and Consumer Protection Minister Smt. Leshi Singh, District Magistrate of all the districts and representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions were connected through video conferencing.
