The Election Commission (EC) said that in view of special intensive amendment, the final voter list has been published on 30 September 2025. Two main options were given on the Velink of the Election Commission: Find your name in the voter list, or download the assembly -wise voter list. The previous draft of the voter list was published on 1 August and until 1 September open for “claims and objections” by individuals and political parties. A total of 7.24 crore voters were listed in the draft list.

According to sources, the schedule of the assembly elections is likely to be declared next week.
