A powerful car bomb exploded on a busy road outside the Frontier Constable (FC) headquarters in Quetta, killing at least 10 people and injured over 19. According to Pakistani newspaper Dawn, Balochistan Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar confirmed the death toll and warned that the number of casualties could increase. The blast, heard in the model town and surrounding areas, broke the glass of the windows of homes and commercial buildings. Soon after, the sounds of bullets were heard, causing panic in the sensitive area.
