The Mumbai Police has registered a case of rigging of money against Bollywood actor Zibran Khan’s employee of a cafe at Bandra. Officials confirmed on Friday that the employee had rigged around Rs 34 lakh. Police sources claimed that the ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum’ star, who owns a café in Bandra, found that the suppliers had many payments outstanding. He then ordered auditing of accounts.

According to the police officer, Khan is the owner of a cafe in Bandra area of ​​Mumbai and in 2022 he appointed the accused as General Manager of Cafe. Khan came to know last week that the payment of people delivering goods to his cafe is pending. The officer, citing the FIR, said that after this, Khan ordered auditing of the café accounts.

He said that the audit revealed that the cash business of the cafe between April and March was Rs 1.14 crore, but only Rs 79.67 lakh was deposited in the bank account. In the complaint, it was alleged that the remaining Rs 34.33 lakh was alleged by the accused Ajay Singh Rawat for personal expenses.

According to the police, when the actor tried to contact Rawat, he allegedly did not respond to the phone call and later blocked him, after which the actor lodged a complaint with the Bandra police. After investigation, the officer said that the police registered a case of fraud and criminal betrayal against Rawat under the Indian Justice Code. He informed that the investigation of the case is going on.
