Maharashtra: Mentally unstable person commits suicide by jumping from the tenth floor of the hospital

A mentally unstable person in Pune allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the tenth floor of a government hospital on Thursday morning. Police gave this information.

Regarding the incident, Bundgarden police said that the deceased Vijay had also tried to commit suicide on September 5. During that time, the railway police present on the spot stopped him and in view of his mental condition, he was admitted to the Sasoon Hospital operated by the state government.

The official said, “When he was caught, he was repeatedly saying that he wanted to commit suicide.” The Railway Police admitted him to the psychiatry ward for treatment. This morning at around 5.30 pm, he allegedly jumped from the tenth floor of the hospital and died on the spot. ”At present, the police is detecting the family of the deceased and sent the body for postmortem.
