The Punjab and Haryana High Court today received a hearing in the advanced bail plea of Senior leader and former minister Bikram Majithia. Meanwhile, the Punjab government filed his response to the court. The High Court then has set the matter the next hearing on September 29. Bikram Majithia has been arrested in terms of more than income.
Let’s say that on June 25, Bikram Majithia was arrested in the case of property of Bikram Majithia. Majithia advance bail petition recorded in Amritsar Was filed in the High Court in response. He was accused of hinding the vigilance probe.
Bikram Majithia previously applied for bail in the Amritsar district court, but it was rejected by the lower court of Amritsar. From which Bikram Majithia had filed a petition in the High Court.
