A 29 -year -old teacher from a private school in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, allegedly committed suicide in her house after two male colleagues harassed. The police gave this information on Sunday.
Police said the incident took place on September 19 and the woman’s husband lodged a complaint at Adibatlathane that two teachers of his school were harassing her and behaving indecently with her, due to which she hanged.
According to the police, the deceased was a teacher of science subject and her belief was Assam. Police officials said that the woman’s husband was in Assam in connection with the business and reported her about the death of his wife.
In the complaint lodged on 20 September, the complainant alleged that the two teachers were harassing his wife for the last six months. He alleged that after his visit to Assam on 15 September, his wife’s abuse further increased, due to which he committed suicide.
Police said that on the basis of the complaint, a case of abetment of suicide against the two teachers has been registered and taken into custody. Police said the investigation of the case is going on.
