Pak officer joined the funeral of terrorists on the orders of Asim Munir, shocking revelation of Jaish commander

Masood Ilyas Kashmiri, a top commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed, said in a shocking confession that Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir had directed the authorities to attend the funeral of terrorists killed in Operation Sindoor. The disclosure was revealed a few months ago after pictures of uniformed Pakistani personnel attended the funeral of a killed terrorist. Ilyas Kashmiri further said that during Operation Sindoor, the army chief had directly ordered his generals to attend the funeral of terrorists killed in Jaish’s camp in Bahawalpur city of Pakistan.

He also claimed that the Director General of Media and Public Relations Branch of the Pakistani Army, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) tried to hide relations between the camps banned by the United Nations and camps in Bahawalpur. This confession of Jaish Commander has come at a time when Pakistan has been repeatedly saying that no terrorist camps are going on on its land. The Islamabad government and the army have also denied the presence of Jaish camps in Bahawalpur.

A few days after the killing of more than 100 terrorists in India’s accurate attacks under Operation Sindoor on 7 May, the Indian Army issued the names of the Pakistani military personnel and prominent police officers of the Punjab province who were present at the funeral of the killed terrorists. These accurate attacks under Operation Sindoor were carried out in response to the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people were killed.
