Arjun’s 6 daughters were about to marry elder daughter Talking to Bhaskar, Arjun’s relative Govind Patel said, Arjun is my nephew. He has 6 daughters. He was about to marry the elder daughter. He informed that cleaning is done every year before the immersion of Gangaur. This year too, Arjun landed for cleanliness. Everyone died in the process of saving each other.
Arjun Patel’s body was finally removed in the well in the rescue.
Arjun had made voice on suffocation Govind told that at 3 pm, Arjun landed in the well for cleaning and two people were pulling the garbage up and out. Meanwhile, Arjun suffocated due to poisonous gas. He gave voice to Rakesh Patel standing above to save his life. To save, Rakesh landed in the well below, due to gas, he also started to panic. Rakesh and Arjun were given a voice from above, all the 6 companions landed in the well when the response did not come.
The silt of 8 feet was frozen Govind said that this well, about 100 years old, had silt up to 8 feet. One by one, 8 people got stuck in silt. The people of the houses adjacent to the well were alerted and all the villagers were informed from the temple radio. The villagers called this information to the police and SDM. The SDM left for the spot and the SDERF team was called. But 8 people died within half an hour from suffocation.
The incident was revealed when half the path came SDERF platoon commander said Ravindra Mahiwal said that the team was reported to be drowning 8 people in water. He did not know that people were immersed in the well. We had come out to half the path, then it was found that the incident took place in the well. The team allowed the village to come back to the village instead of moving the car back for the necessary resources. On reaching here, no person was seen in the well.
Mahiwal said that no young man landed in the well due to poisonous gas. Meanwhile, the dead body was poured inside the well. With the help of the mother, all the bodies were taken out one by one.
Financial assistance of 4-4 lakh rupees to family members A rescue operation was carried out for about 3 hours to remove the bodies. Collector Rishav Gupta, who reached the spot, has announced financial assistance of Rs 4-4 lakh to the families of the deceased. The villagers decided that the well of death would now be grounded after administrative action. Today everyone will be cremated.
