Two youths were killed and two others were injured in a road accident in Alwar late on Saturday night. Police said on Sunday that the accident occurred due to a collision with two cars and a motorcycle in the Aravalli Vihar police station area.
According to police officials, the deceased have been identified as Jatin and Monu, whose bodies have been kept in the mortuary of the district hospital. He said that the accident occurred on the brown Siddha Hanuman Mandir route when the Thar train coming out of the temple collided face to face with a car coming towards the temple. He said that due to the collision, Thar overturned several times and collided with a motorcycle passing by.
Om Prakash, assistant sub -inspector of Aravalli Vihar police station, said, the driver of Thar also died in this accident. People in another car were injured. The injured are being treated at the district hospital. He said that further investigation in the case is going on.
