A 50 -year -old woman living in a building flat in Kukatpalli, Hyderabad was allegedly tied to her house by two domestic assistants, hit a pressure cooker and stabbed her to death. The police gave this information on Thursday. He said that five police teams have been formed to catch the suspects.
Police said the incident took place between 3 pm and 4:30 pm on Wednesday. The main suspect Harsh (21) hails from Jharkhand and started working at the woman’s house about 11 days ago.
He told that Harsh tied the woman along with another domestic assistant working in the neighborhood flat and attacked her with a knife and scissors. Police said that after this, both the accused escaped from the house with some gold jewelry and about one lakh rupees in cash. She told that the victim is a steel businessman, and lived in a flat with her son.
The family hails from Kolkata and Harsh was hired through an agency. A senior police officer said that the suspect is a resident of a village near Ranchi and a police team has already been sent to Jharkhand. He said that the search for the absconding accused is going on.
