The Rural Works Department has issued an ultimatum to start construction work by 15 September to all sensors associated with Mukhyamantri Gram Relations Scheme (Residue) and Mukhyamantri Gramin Setu Yojana under the Rural Road Strengthening and Management Program. The department has warned the concerned sensors that if the construction work is not started by September 15, then warning has been warned against the concerned sensors under the CMBD and Bihar Contractual Registration Rules, 2007. Under this action, the bail amount of the sensors concerned will be confiscated, as well as their registration will also be blacklisted.

Explain that the Rural Affairs Department has issued an ultimatum to start the construction of roads under all the packages allocated to the sensors whose work has been allocated under the above schemes. The Rural Affairs Department has already warned the sensors by publishing advertisements in newspapers in this regard. The department has issued instructions to potless 100 percent paths under the packages allotted under the rural road strengthening and management program by September 15.

Instructions have also been instructed to set up boards and site laboratory related to construction work at the site of roads and bridges allotted under the Chief Minister Gram Relations Scheme (Remnance) and Mukhyamantri Gramin Setu Yojana. Also, by September 15, the construction materials at the construction site have been asked to ensure the action. The department has informed all the sensors in this regard through its review meetings and press releases in the past.
