The leader of the Lebanese extremist group Hizbullah said on Wednesday that Israel’s attack on Qatar is a warning for the Gulf countries that if the lengthy groups in the area are defeated, they will not be spared in the future.
This remark has been made by Hizbullah leader Naeem Qasim after Israel’s attack on the political leadership of Palestinian extremist group Hamas in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Qatar’s government is playing the role of a chief intermediary in ending the war in Gaza.
Hamas has said that five of its members have died in the Israeli attack. While a security officer of Qatar has also lost his life. Qasim said, “We are with Qatar that has been attacked and we also support Palestinian resistance.”
He said that the attack is a part of Israel’s efforts to install “Greater Israel” on a large part of Central Asia. He pointed to countries like Bahrain and United Arab Emirates, having general relations with Israel, saying, “If the enemy defeats the resistance, the next number will be yours.
