The Punjab government has been decided to take a major decision with the security of jails. 1,700 security guards will be deployed in the jails to strengthen the security provisions of the jails. This information is provided by Defense Services Welfare Minister Mohurinder Bhagat.
Minister Movar Bhagat, during a review meeting of the department, said the ex-serviceman and non-employer both in this new recruitment. These posts will be for the men’s candidates along with men. He said that this decision would also be rewarding employment opportunities for former military and youths.
During the meeting, Passco’s Managing Director Major General Harmandip Singh (retire) told the minister that 900 security guards have already been recruited. The rest of the posts will soon be filled with strong security arrangements in all jails. The devotees directed the recruitment process.
