Rahul Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and MP from Rae Bareli, started a two -day visit to his parliamentary constituency on Wednesday. This is his first visit after visiting the region on 29 April after winning the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Rahul Gandhi’s program includes a mixture of political programs and public relations programs. Later, he will interact with the booth presidents of Harchandpur assembly constituency at Batohi Resort in Diduli and then participate in a function of Prajapati Mahasabha near Pragatipuram Colony on Lucknow-Prayagraj Highway. He is also scheduled to inaugurate the Emperor Ashoka Pillar at Gora Bazar in Rae Bareli city and participate in the plantation campaign in Amar Shaheed Veera Pasi Van Gram located in Mulihamau village of Rahi block. Later in the evening, he will meet the booth level workers of the high assembly constituency at Batohi Resort.
