One of my legs stopped walking completely, I was paralyzed in a leg. My spine surgery was done and a rod was put on my waist, it was a very painful and dangerous experience. I used to have a lot of pain from my waist to heels. He was a very scary experience.

Shreyas Iyer had to undergo a back surgery in the year 2023, due to which he could not play in the IPL. Not only this, he could not play even in the File of the World Test Championship. Due to this injury, Delhi Capitals replaced Rishabh Pant as captain and then he left this franchise.
