The thunderstorm and rain in Arunachal Pradesh are expected to continue throughout the week. India Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information on Sunday. According to a bulletin released by the Meteorological Center in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh is expected to receive rain in most areas on Monday, while some places in East Siang, Lower Dibang Valley, Changlang, Lohit and Namsai may have to face heavy rains.
According to Bulletin, people have been issued a consultation to monitor the situation in parts of Tawang, Eastern Kamang, Lower Subansiri, Kra Dadi, Kamla, Lower Siang, Lepa Rada and Papum Pare, where heavy rains are expected to monitor the situation.
The bulletin states that there is a possibility of slight decrease in rain activities on Tuesday and most districts are likely to splatter with sporadic rainfall or thunder.
It states that the rainy season is expected to be rapid again from Wednesday and especially in Tawang, Western Combet, Eastern Kamang, Lower Subansiri, Kurung Kuma, Kara Dadi, Papum Pare and Changlang may receive widespread rainfall.
According to Bulletin, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall on Thursday in Eastern Kamang, Lower Subansiri, Western Kamang, Papum Pare, Kurung Kume, Kamla and parts of the Siang Belt on Thursday.
It states that ‘Yellow Alert’ has been released for Changlang, Tirup and Longing districts, where thunder and celestial lightning is expected to rain. Residents of these areas have been advised to take precautions in view of the possibility of flood and water logging.
