In viral videos, the actor is seen standing silently while his girlfriend actress Jasmine Bhasin and others are chanting the slogan “Ganpati Bappa Morya”.
Ali broke his silence
Ali Goni said in an interview to Film Science that there was a lot of heat in that room. Then suddenly Jasmine caught my face. I was in a completely different zone. I did not know that Morya had to speak and it is so important. I had not even thought about this. Ali Goni said that he respects every religion. He told that for the first time he joined Ganesh Puja like this. Never attended this occasion before. The actor was lost in his thoughts at that time. He did not know at all that people would increase this thing so much and religion would start penetrating in the middle. He further said, “It is not allowed in my religion, we do not worship. We have only one belief – we pray, pray and respect all religions. It is written in the Quran that we should respect everyone, and I do it.”
