A wild animal attacked and injured a student with claws in the campus of a private university located on the outskirts of Bhopal. Later, tiger cubs and footprints of other wild animals were found near the spot. An official of the forest department gave this information on Saturday.
Popular Bharti, the forest divisional officer of Bhopal, said that in this attack on the university campus near Kaliyasot Dam on Thursday evening, the second -year student Mohammad Bora has a wound of about half an inch in his left leg.
Bharti told ‘PTI-language’ over the phone, “We have seen the footprints of other wild animals including a tiger cub, hyena in the area. However, it cannot be said that the tiger cub attacked the student. ”
He said that the forest department has installed 12 cameras around and around the area and has investigated the footage of the last two days. He said, “We have not yet seen cubs.
